I totally agree with you! It is silly to go through all the time and trouble of booking if they are just going to be released in a few minutes to an hour. Maybe if they had to stay in jail for a good period of time they would learn something.

Yup! I wonder if the jail powers have ever thought of a bond election to see if they can get a bigger jail since it is always "overcrowded"? There does seem to be a double standard there. On the other hand I would not want to explain why a high profile person got hurt by a thug in general population.

It's not right nor is it safe. She's special? I don't think so. I agree, it is a waste of money and time on the taxpayer's dollar. She is back out and about on the streets and probably continuing to do the same offense. Pretty dangerous.

This is so stupid. Things like this is what our tax dollars are being spent on. And I don't know about where you live. But I know where I live the towns are always complaining they don't have enough for one thing or another. They always want to raise the taxes. Maybe if they spent the money they have better these towns would not be in so much trouble. I can't believe some of the things famous people get away with. If you or I did this we would be sitting in jail. And they get a slap on the hand. What is this going to teach them?
