Body needs rest. It works clock precision, though we fail to understand. It is better to have a well organized timetable to main tain the body so that it functions normally for very many years. 1. Eating time be defined 2. Drinking enough water 3. Proper exercise at a fixed time 4. Fixed hours of sleep starting at a fixed time (5 to 10 minutes this way or that way is alright). In the young age, they say the blood is hot and it runs through all the veins properly. As the age progresses, you will notice the manfunctioning in human organs and it needs repairs. You can reduce the repair costs by following some diciplines in maintaining body.Sleeping at regular fixed hours is one such thing.

So kind of you heeding to my request. When you are working for your bosses, they load so much of work, one has to work in night. I did so, becaus they were giving some incentive and some promotion. Now I realised I had made a mistake. The sleeplessness might cause stomach upset, ulcer, improper digestion, acidity etc. Com what may, sleep for 8 hours and get into bed at a fixed time each day. That will be a good healthy practice.

I think staying up all night is so tiring. If it's not necessary, I won't stay up. You need longer time to feel better. I love China

Hello dear friend. I think that staying up all night is no good to health as we will not be able to work efficiently and energetically the next day if we do not have a good rest. I used to stay up till morning playing cards at a young age during the weekend. But now I never do this again. At most I stay up at one or two o'clock in the morning. Then I will go to bed, but still I would not feel good the next day as I lack enough sleep. Therefore a good sleep in the evening is very important in keeping a good health. Thanks very much for your discussion.

Oh yea I can tell when I've skipped sleep. I've had blank flashes, exhaustion, even a couple of headaches. Other times I'm resilient and can get through it easy. No jokes here, usually it was for studying, projects or work. Recently there were times gaming caused it, as does Mylotting.

normally i stay up all night to play games or spend the night out with my friends. i am quite a heavy sleeper so i am not bothered about a little bit of noice. apart from that, i do not stay up all night because i would rather spend the time sleeping as i realised that losing a night sleep is very taxing on the body. you will need more than 1 day to make up for the lack of sleep

staying up all night is really bad for ur health,in my opion, you'd better drink some milk before you go to bed,and wash ur face with warm water which can make you relax. and, thanks for your request, m very glad to be your friend.
