We have all heard about Global Warming and the devastating affects it will have on the human race. We have many people out there that have great minds and could help in this manner. Would like to hear your opinions, thoughts and suggestions on what you would do if you could to stop Global Warming and save the Earth.
Example: different fuel sources, Type of cars--Hydrogen,Electric, Solar Powered, etc

I started a couple of green energy threads with some future theories and hypothesis for development. While I'm still out to jury on manmade global climate change, I'm well aware the Earth has major climate cycles. Some of which have slight erratic tendencies (-25 C. Winters anyone?). I'll continue my research and analysis of renewable options. However the other poster has it correct. Despite the lipservice people will easily deny certain forms of efficient energy due to misguided or misinformed phobias (wind power for one, nuclear for another) and then there are cost issues associated with some renewable energies though that issue is diminishing with better technology (minus very advanced nuclear and antimatter, those are going to be expensive for decades).
And to you other question...are you prepared to die...?
I must simply laugh. Some people use that sentence to shut down debate and others to appeal to fear. If such tactics are needed, I do look at the person or group using them with heavy suspicion. If humanity gets wiped out due to man-made global climate change, so be it. If humanity gets wiped out by being too fear stricken and paralyzing society/economy, I must laugh once more. If humanity gets wiped out by Earth driven climate changes, that's life. If humanity is destroyed by a celestial event, oh well.
