Hello friends, today I am trying here to put a poem and asking some thing like do you know?
Well this poem has some thing regarding our peace, war and violence! And here the moon is the natural moon but at the same time peace giver, knowing abnout us and as an nature element peace provider too!
Just read and express your view:
DO WE KNOW?
Do we know?
The moon speaks to us?
When there is night
Even without moon
And the kingdom of darkness
Absorbing everything!
The moon speaks to us
With its inner light and silent voice!
I don’t know
Do we grasp that or not…
Do we know?
The moon touches us?
When a deep grief covers us
And our night becomes restless in sleep
The crawling hands of depression
Want to dump us in mud
The moon touches us
With its spreading rays
To dissolve the grief!
I don’t know
Do we feel that or not…
Do we know?
The moon cleanses us?
When Sorrow and pain grab us
And ill-health possessing us
Just we do odd things and cry inside
We face the blow of misfortune
The moon pulls out all such
With plastering coolness!
I don’t know
Do we experience that or not…
Do we know?
The moon recognizes us as souls?
When ever we open up to the sky
Ready to absorb the drops of true knowledge
And blossoming like lotus
The moon descendents in us as peace,
This has natural flow to spread through us
Manifesting itself in the earth for ever
To end up the war and violence
And to create the real unity from within!
I don’t know
Are we really aware about this or not…
WELL, FRIENDS, THIS IS OPEN FOR YOU ALL NOW!

Well you know that you are not supposed to be worshiping the moon and the poem does give people that idea. It might be all about peace and love, but the moon does not give us peace and love, it is the hand of God, the moon's light will illuminate us during the darkness, and it changes from full to quarter to establish the months, but all this is predicated by the hand of God, and not by an inanimate object that stands in the heavens.

The creation itself is god's gift: The moon is also one of them. I consider any thing, which is created by god, as god's gift to us and all kind of natural elements are those kind of things for me!
So when I write a poem on moon I really mean to show my respect for that and at the same time I apreciate the creation itself because otherwise god could not create that! What ever is manifested here has a meaning of existence and reflecting god's vibrations and for such positive thing I show my concern for that! Right, Suspenseful?

I liked it Healwell. Now the story and perspective are very great for the poem, well done. I'd have written it a bit different since I think the moon has a power quality to it, but it also has a quality of solitude. There is even a notion of the moon causing madness and transformation beyond imagination.
I'll say this though, I do think the moon might have more mystic properties to it than known. I've even imagined the moon as a source of power for characters. It maybe dry or weird, but hey, the imagination is what it is.
Thank you for posting and sharing this Heal.

Greetings my dear friend..
Thank you for contacting me and keeping in touch. I am also touched that you would ask me to come by and comment on your poem. As I read it I had 'Angel Walks' (little shivers that run up my spine.) They are my confirmation from Spirit that something is 'right...or good.' Your words of respect for the moon as one's of God's creations and an offering for us to enjoy is very significant and very moving.
I love and respect all things within Creation and the natural world too. Your love and appreciation for the moon, the energies it provides and how you relate to it shows the depth and breadth of your spiritual understanding and your place within the Oneness of all things.
In other conversations we have had I commented that it would provide a lovely gift to the world for you to have your poetic works together in an anthology and seek publication for it. I have said it before your work as a similar resonance to me with those of Kahil Gibran...and I do not say that to flatter you. I sense the pure energy within you and what you write...and I am glad that you offer who you are and what you believe for others to read. I know I feel richer for the experience.
So from my perspective this poem is a hauntingly touching piece of work and it is a privilege to read it...thanks for giving me the chance to do so.
Keep on keeping on and we will be in touch,
Warm, light filled regards,
Raia
