Beware: Using rasor's to clean "stuff' off window's can scratch low quality heat-strenghtened or tempered glass. But using such a blade is the best way to get dryed and hardened egg off; Be sure you get a Razor holder type tool, don't just use the blade alone; get the window & egg very wet before starting with soapy water, and carefully make short strokes with the razor blade; Have a lot of towels available, once the "stuff" is off, you can clean the window using normal methods...
BTW: be sure to wash the rags ASAP the egg will rot, and really stink very soon if you don't.
Of course; the best method is to hire a professional window cleaner, and then spend your time doing something you enjoy! Your free time is worth a LOT!I've been a professional Window Cleaner for over 30 years; I hope this helps.

I have cleaned houses for a living and I know just about all the tricks in the world. The best way is to keep it dry and use a razor blade to scrape it off. It will come off very easy. Then just clean it with windex or any other window cleaner or even just soap and water. Viola, all gone. Try it, you'll see.
