It depends on what type of site I've visiting. If it's a secure site, I type the https:// and if it's not, I just type the site without the h's or w's.

I usually do enter the full address, but usually if I have been to a site before, I select the exact address from the drop - down site menu before I complete typing the address. And I may be wrong, but I think that the computer will only add the www prefix if you have been to that site before.

My husband does but I rarely do. I dont really know when or why I stopped doing it, probably cause I was in a hurry one day.

i never put www. in front of any of my web addresses. I just type in what web page im looking for and then .com there really isnt all that big of a deal with the www. in front .. sometimes i wonder what the reason for it is?

Looks like I'm the only one so far lol.
I always do the www. and then the address.
I don't do the http:/ though.

I guess I'm lazy and figure my pc can figure it out because I always just put in the name of the site like mylot.com or sometimes just mylot.

If it isn't bookmarked already or in my browsers address bar, then, no. I used to when I first got internet until my kids kept saying, "mom you don't need to put in, www" lol

I never do. I just take it for granted that it will appear even though I don't type it.
When I'm typing it in a mail I tend to put http:// rather than www. but I don't know where I got into that habit lol
