I also like to watch romantic comedy anime. As Wisteria said, a good one is Love Hina, I enjoyed it very much. Another personal favorite of mine is the Full Metal Panic series. That was just great, I got hooked by it in an instance. Check these out and tell me what you think (^_^)

Hmm, school-life, comedy-romance and a little bit of naughty and suggestive scenes... Try The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. Based on a light novel. I don't know if theres a second season for the Suzuka Anime but, try the manga and you'd be pleasantly surprised

My Goddess Ichigo 100% More Boy meets Girl (or vice versa) romantic comedies: Lovely Complex Chobits Welcome to the NHK I'd definitely recommend Full Metal Panic though. It's more humourous than romantic, but trust me, it's hilarious... especially the OVA (Fumoffu.) It's about a soldier's painful transition into a "normal life" as he tries to protect a girl with a wild temper.
