Well guys, i have been here in mylot for about nine months and i have been paid for my work. Sometime i spend much time here and some other time i don't. It has happened that sometime i stay without logging in for more than a month. So it differs with my schedule.
Now i have got a new doubt in mylot. Its like, i have few friends who are from my local area and if i respond to their discussion in our local language other than ENGLISH, will myLot pay us for that? I really don't know the answer for this question.
Have you guys ever done such thing and got paid? Have you thought of doing so?
Your comments are welcomed.

Since I only speak English I have no experience in not getting paid for any discussions. The only thing I can say is that the guidelines state that all discussions must be in English. So, I must say that any that are not will not get paid.

I am afraid you may not be paid if you are answering to your friends in Local language as they have clearly mentioned in their rules and regulations or terms of condition that the lanbguiage one can use on this forum is English and only English ! So I think it would be wasting your time if you are participating in the discussions in your local language with your local friends! There are every chances that your discussions may get deleted and your full efforts taken may have gone to Dogs! And possibly I really don't know they may even terminate your membvership too! So be careful and read the mylot rules and regulations before attempting nything like that to be on safer side!
Wish you all the best dear friend! Thanks and Good Bye!

Well for respect for the others that cannot literally understand your own language i think we must be very fair when it comes to that discussions. Coz someone opened up using the native language here and they get responses like WHAT DOES IT MEAN IM CURIOUS... So if you encounter some chinese language you will look like an idiot right?? So to respect others we should use the universal language which is ENGLISH..
Some of us are lucky here that we are multilingual but what about the others who only have english in their vocabulary??

i would like to foresee that mylot will be big, big enough to accommodate various major languages. by big i mean it will become internationally known and widely-used, it will have millions of active users wordlwide; then it can hire people to discern and evaluate discussons and responses in various languages which merit a point or earning. for now, let us dwell on the limitations of this promising and fascinating site - that english is its medium of discussion and responses. like many of mylotters here, english is not my mother tongue or native language.

Well, you have 1124 posts and the number inside your star is 10, which indicates that you get more money than others for each post. I checked out your profile and saw that in one of the discussions you started you said you already reached the minimum payment of $10 which was 9 month ago! How come you never get payed by mylot??

i think mylot will only pay if you use the discussion in english... it is for respecting everybody here who can't understand another foreign language as well... so it is better to use english as an universal language... but i'm not really sure about this... may be you can email the admin and ask them to clarify this question... but i still encourage you to use english even though you are conversing with your local people here... it is just for mutual respect... :-) keep on posting...

In the terms and conditions of mylot, it was clearly mentioned that all the discussions should be in English and not in other languages and hence if you try to respond to discussion in your local language, it will not be paid for from mylot, so try to use English in your discussion rather than your local language to earn some bucks here. All the best.

I once read a post of a user saying that only english to be used in mylot which is mentioned in mylots terms and condition..moreover english is the common language understood by people all around the globe and mylot is a global forum..I dont think mylot will pay you if you use local language in discussion and responses...
