all of the flavors of ice cream are sumptuous. but my most favorites are chocolate flavors, from rocky road to double chocolate...

Ice cream can be divided into two basic categories:- Custard-style (or French custard-style) Philadelphia-style (also called "New York" or "American"). Custard ice cream is, as the name suggests, made from a custard base. Egg yolks or whole eggs are whisked together with hot milk or cream and sugar, and cooked gently until the mixture becomes thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Egg yolks are natural emulsifiers, and the resulting custard makes an ice cream that is remarkably smooth and rich. Chill the custard for at least one hour before freezing. I like Custard Ice Cream and if it is home made then more favorite. But if buy from store then Strawberry ice cream.

I always liked vanilla, cookie dough ice cream, and strawberry sorbet.

All ice cream flavors are delicious, but my favorite is vanilla, strawberry and rocky road. I like gourmet and home-made ice cream too.

I love so many kinds of ice cream. However, if I had to choose one I would choose moose tracks. I just love chocolate and peanut butter together. YUMMY!!! :)

My favorite ice cream is Cookies and Cream. I just love the taste and I pretty much have it every single day. I know thats a bit much, but I can't help it. Its an addiction and the favorite part of my day.
