there's a kiddie section in a local newspaper here and I saw a survey question there that made me imagine kids stuffs again. LOL
my first thought was Hogwarts Magical School. ^__^ I would be delighted to experience Harry's wonders when he first explored Hogwarts. that would be so awesome! and then, I would also love to visit Neverland and live inside a huge tree and meet Peter Pan and probably learn how to fly!
and then of course, I would love to visit the home of carebears, Care-a-lot castle and meet my cuddly friends. LOL
what about you??

Definitely Hogwarts School. I would have liked to not just visit there, but be a student for years like they were.
The Land of the Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.
Escape to Witch Mountain, we don't know what the Mountain is like, they leave us to wonder and to imagine.
This is a fun topic, thanks!

yay. witch mountain. although I like reading an watching movies about witches, I don't think it would be nice to visit there unless the witches are the likes os Sabrina the teenage with. LOL

What a wonderful discussion for a Monday, thank you, as a child I used to love Fraggle Rock, do you remember that programme with Jim Henson's muppets? I always wanted to live in that lighthouse and be able to sneak down to see the Fraggles! I love the sea and I always thought it was wonderful to live in a lighthouse, I used to like Wembly Fraggle! Wow, fond memories indeed, magical for me.

That is a wonderful section for the newspaper to have. It is a good way to stimulate children's imagination and that is a very good thing.
I think I would choose Santa's workshop at the north pole.... at peak busy season!

Care a lot would be good! My girls would love that too. I would also love to be a part of the book I am writing. There is no technology like we have, there are mythical creatures and it is a world parallel to earth! My ideal world where all species, past and present, can live peacefully! lol.

I can't remember exactly the Little House on the Prairie but I'm sure i've heard of it. and yeah, I think its nice to go there. I would have put Green Gables in the Anne Shirley novels of LM Montgomery but the book says the place is based on an actual place so its really not a magical place invented by the author. ^__^ I think green gables is just like the little house on the prairie.

Most of mine come from anime, so I'm not sure how many people would understand or appreciate them. I want to go to Ranma's dojo from Ranma 1/2, and I want to go to Konoha village from Naruto, and I want to go to the world of Ruin Explorers and adventure with Fam and Ihrie.
Am I a nerd or what? :P

No Lecan, you are no nerd. :D
And if you are a nerd, my "nerdness" will completely obliterate yours with my main response.

I have been there many times. What I remember best is the Museum of Natural History. Chicago is not so nice in the winter, although the Christmas decorations are fun to see. They do not call it the Windy City for nothing--that wind is cold in the winter!

I would like to visit Atlantis, even if it's only ruins. I know some people think it's not imaginary it's real, but since nobody knows the actual location yet I will assume it is not real. There has been quite a view researches about the location I wish one day I had the money to go there, whether it's under the ocean or at the surface

i am also compelled to believe that its real. after all, it is not that farfetch for a whole city to sink under the ocean. earthquakes can do that to a city right? i would also love to see Atlantis when it was still in its glory. ^__^

Hogwarts Magical School is my first thought too! It would be so fun to check out the moving paintings and the magic they have! I heard that there is a Harry Potter theme park completed in 2010 and I can't wait to go there already because they say once you enter, it will be magic everywhere, that surely sounds fun to me!

Ha! How cute! I be they come up with some really good answers!
I dont really know, first thing that came to mind was Shrek. lol I just thought those were such funny movies. Ive always loved that era of knights and castles and kings and queens. So if not exactly Shrek, something like that. Im stuck on cartoons, but Alice in Wonderland would be a fun and strange place to go! Right up my alley. Haha!

If you're fiona can I be Shrek himself? Or be Rapunzel, throw your hair down and I'll come and rescue you from your tower. Mind you there is that wolf from Red Riding Hood in Shrek 2 isn't there. So what do you reckon would a wolf in a red hood suit you princess?
