I use paper towels a lot, in my kitchen, as well as in other areas of my household. I like to use them for wiping up spills, I use them for napkins at the table, I use them for washing windows and glass. I'm sure if I thought about it, I would find other areas that I use them. I use them for cleaning my car. So on and on.
Do you use paper towels? Do you have a specific brand you prefer? I like Bounty the best. I find they don't rip and they do a better job of wiping.

I do use paper towels, especially for wiping up floor spills. I try not to use them too much to be less wasteful and to decrease the amount of trash I generate (for the environment). I use rags and sponges whenever I can. I like Viva towels sometimes because they're soft and cloth-like. I also sometimes use Seventh Generation because they're 100% recycled.

when i lived at home, we always had paper towels and i used them pretty much everyday. now i live with my boyfriend in our own place and we don't buy them. sometimes i wish we had them to wipe up little spills because we end up having to use toilet paper or a hand towel to wipe them up, but we only buy what we really need right now because money's tight.

Yes, I find paper towels to be very useful. I use them for cleaning and wiping, even for blowing my nose. Haha. For me the brand doesn't matter. I would just buy the cheapest one.

I use paper towels a lot too. I use them in my kitchen and bathroom. I use them with the animals as well. I would say that I like bounty the best. I like anything that is thicker and can clean well. The cheap ones dont do it for me.

I do use a papar kitchen towels a lot of too. i don't have really favorite kind , but they have to be from soft paper. I don't use them only in the kitchen for all kinds of cleaning, but also for cleaning bathroom, mirrors, sings, bath tub. Also I love it when there is something spill on the floor you jnd wipe it out nice. they are also great for drying your hand if you don't have a fabric towel right there.

Hi Chrislotz,
I use the heck out of some paper towels! So much that I cant afford to buy name brand ones! LoL I like Bounty they are pretty good, but I go through too many. I use the ones from the Dollar General. They dont tear really easy, they are nice and big and the best part is they only cost me $1. They are not as thick as the Bounty but I think they do the same job.
I use them to dry the bathroom sink and fixtures after I clean them, on my mirrors and wiping up spills, mostly the uses you mentioned.
I like to use old newspaper on my windows, I dont know just leaves them streak free when it seems like Im wiping and wiping with the paper towels.

We always use paper towels, especially if we have greasy food or need to mop up spills, my mum always buys the brand that is on special offer or has a BOGOF deal on them and believe me mum can always find the best place to shop for them! She also puts them in the compost bin afterwards as they rot down! They certainly come in useful and I'm nearly always tippling over my drink, the clumsy clot I am LOL!

I use paper towels but not that often. Paper towels are not another wasteful item that end up filling up our landfills and cost precious resources. I usually just use handtowels and what not, that way they just can be rewashed and I'm not throwing away large amounts of items. I just find cloth towels more convenient anyway because I don't have to spend money to get a new handtowel all the time.
