Malnourished boy rescued at buffet

If someone does not want a child, whether it be their own or not, there are others who do and there are places to take children to be safe..I just don't understand why? I pray that the little one gets all the good things that he deserves (a loving family) and those involved in his pain get put in jail....Horrible people...

Sigh... another time for a /facepalm. Goodness... Definitely hope that the clowns get whats coming to them. I get sick of hearing about clownish parents.

I hear about stories like this often and I always wonder why the heck parents have children if they are going to do this to them?

This article made me cry. I don't understand, I just don't understand. Someone out there would surely adopt the child and raise him the right way and give him opportunity to be a kid and go to school. No kid deserves this sort of treatment. Sure hope the state doesn't give custody to the father. Sounds like he needs a wake up call also.

Hi Lifez2short! Oh the poor boy! This is really heartwrenching. God bless those men who noticed him and eventually led to his being freed form thosed sick people. I just hope they will get what they desrved in jail, they will be treated the way they treated the poor boy and much more. I hope and pray that the boy will have a much better life from now on. I hope they never see outside again. They don't deserve to ever be free again. This poor boy did nothing to deserve this. News like this makes me hate people more and more. I wish there was a safe place for all children to come to without their parents knowing, to tell someone about the abuse in their home. This is unbelievable.

I hope the boy gets better and gets into a good home. I wonder if he had been kidnapped from his adoptive parents. Maybe the law will look into this and the offenders get punished. I cannot see it though, since people are bending over backwards to give lesbians a break. I hope those who are trying to make adoption legal for homosexuals and lesbians, see that many of the lesbians are that way because they hate men and they will not differentiate between a man and a boy. It is a sad commentary on our times. If he were abused by an adoptive father or mother of a male and female married couple, people would be up in arms.

What is wrong with people, how could any sane, rational person possibly do that to a 7 year old kid? To any kid for that matter. You mean no one saw a 7 year old that weighted 37 pounds and did anything?? Something is wrong in our society. I think these people should suffer the same abuse this child did.

Liz this is so horrible it had me crying.I cannot stand to hear or see these things, it is very upsetting to me.The people that did this to that child will burn in Hell for what they done.

Hope those 2 women rot in jail for what they did to the poor boy. Hope his dad gets punished for letting his own son be abused like this.

How terrible. Why do people treat innocent children like that. There are so many people in this world who want children and are unable to have them. I hope someone adopts this little guy and gives him the love and care he deserves. Hopefully those two women will be in jail for a very long time. Thank goodness the workers recognized the signs of abuse and got him help. If they would have just sent him out of the buffet since he was alone he still be in that situation.
