I am interested in painting, I painted in the ground in my childhood, I painted in the wall in my teens, and I painted in my mind now. :D, I have not gotten up a brush for a long time. but drawing is a good way to resistent strss.

To see some interesting flims or read jokes,I think this is a good way to release the stress.As we live in the society where there are so many competitions and stresses,there are many people feel depression,disappoint.

when undergoing great pressure,I often call to my friends, and we talk to each other about each other's status,we may find that we are not in the worse status as we thought to be before,then we will feel released and feel better soon, it is really make sense to me ,so friends are really important to us expecially when we are far away from home.
excpet this, to release from stress, I often listening to my favorite musics or wacth some excited films,that's all efficient

I like basketball, boxing, swiming. When I was in the campus, I played with my friends. But it is difficult to get friends playing together resently.

sometimes stress comes out of thinking too much,maybe something is not so bad as you feel,in this case,i suggest talking with friends or on the webnet,take it easy,tell them someting,the attitude of them towards the same thing may totally differ from you,then you can learn more about the thing,about the world.by the way,take everything easy, treat yourself well.

Thanks for you responce.
Yes, you are right. Friendship can really help me conquere the stress and make me feel better. But after my graduation from university, my friends don't live with me in a city. So it is difficult to enjoy time with friends, for example, shopping or seeing movie. I just contact them online. but you know, playing together is the best way to relaxed.

I think you should go outside with your friends.play with your friend

I think you should go to beach or another beautiful places which have you provide relax of your mind. some time I go as place where are quite silence place and have a beutiful nature to relax when I found some tentioned of myself. Because I think a only Nature is a lot of part which we can get relaxation and peace.

You should find the reasos why we are so upset at first .And you had better do not care everyhting too much.If the problem is so serious that you can not deal with it ,you can go to swimming , have some delicious food , see the films you name it .Forgetting the pressure for a while is the best choice

actually some days ago i feel terrible and i haven't been felt like that for a long time~~i face 2 exams ,important exams but i have a little time to prepare.how scared me !it almost took my breath~~i tried to focus on my study,don't care what happens outside(i don't like study thus the exams became my problems~~).don't contact my friends,don't surf the intetnet just spend time with my laptap ~~watch movie of course comedies~~and some tv plays something like that.at the same time ,i eat a lot.most are candies.something sweet can help us out of bad emotion.and some days later, i feel better``

I think you would need a big break, like a holiday vacation where you can go on a sweet escape. Somewhere outside the metro where life is not that complicated and things does not have to be on its always fast pace. In my case if Im stress emotionally and physically, I travel outside the metro, just even the near towns where I can feel the cool breeze and watch the sun set. Or if I dont have the time and enough bucks to do that, I just go to the spa to have a cool relaxing massage complete with all the aromas and all. That could work to for a guy. try it. Then if I usually drown myself to cool relaxing sound to ease emotional tensions and bury myself in my bed and just have a good night sleep. =)

every one has their diffirent way to relax when they are in stress ,for me , i find a way of singing ,when i in stress or upset ,i will play music loudly and singsing loudly ,after that i would feel much better
