This term I have so many classes so that I have to do lots of reading,homework,exams and so on.I am terribly defeated.What will you do if you have too many things to do?

How do you relax yourself when under stress

Long time being under stress have maked me gloomy and upset. Anything could bore me. I think I should get some action to relax myself. Mybe making a phone call with my friend or jogging in the morning would make me feel good.
