With the price of electricity going up along with everything else except my paycheck, I find myself going out of my way to save electricity. I now try to cook two meals at a time. When I brown hamburger for pasta, sloppy joes, tacos, etc. I make two pounds at a time. This way, the next time I need hamburg it will take less time, and less electricy to heat up the already made hamburg. You can do this with chicken, and many other things. Every little bit helps to keep more money in your pocket.
