Sorry to interupt here but since you mentioned Cruella, true Tommy Lee Jones in Harvey Two Face is my fav but can't deny that Glenn Close's performance in Cruella De Vil is really something, love it.

I have always loved Harvey Two Face in Batman comics. Tommy Lee Jones did a good job in Batman III. Thanx ...

Khan Noonien Singh - Star Trek II. Slightly beating out General Chang. Khan was just plain out of it but still superior in intellect and sick with his brand of evil, really a quest for revenge.

My favorite villain is Regina George of Mean Girls. She really was an effective mean girl and the meanest of all means. :)

My favorite villains are The Evil Queen from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs and Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. They're both so graceful and so evil - a perfect combination for a villain.

I have many. the first that comes to mind is Tommy Lee Jones' part in Under Siege. He was a missionary/terrorist who takes hold of the ship. He was funny, and brutal all at the same time. Also the Joker in the first Batman film.He was way more interesting than Batman. And then there is Hannibal Lecter in The Silence Of The Lambs. He was charming and pure evil at the same time.

Oh, gosh, there are some great ones out there. There's the "child catcher" in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, he's scary. The wicked witch of the West in The Wizard of OZ. Jareth in Labyrinth, well, scary/sexy/desireable/dangerous.
