You know I have always hated the rain but now that we have such bad water shortage so much so they are talking about us maybe having to drink recycled water I love the rain, it makes me feel good when it rains now, just another thing we humans have taken for granted...

I'm happy when it rains. It somehow reminds me of the Mystery of Life. I think I spent an intensely passionate life or two in Scotland and so the ghosts of those lives are closer to me in the rain.
In addition to that it keeps everything green and gives me the excuse to wear colorful rain boots, which I feel a fool to wear on a sunny day.

I hate the rain!! Especially when it's cold out. Its raining here now and snow will be mixing in with it. I don't like being stuck in the house but I hate to leave when it's raining. I dont mind it so much in the summer time though cause at least its warm out.

Hello dear lorelai. I only like it to rain when I am having my days off and when I don't have to go out shopping. It would be more enjoyable when I stay home, surfing on the Internet, listening to the pitter-patter on the window and tree leaves. Thanks for your discussion and thank for responding to my old discussion, my dear friend.

I like the rain very much.I was born and brought up in Sri Lanka in a hill country where it rains non stop all over the year.I went to school, market played listed to the ghost stories sitting around the fire drying cloths and did every thing in rain.I so get used to it i still like the rainy season very much.

Providing I am inside and nice and warm I love the rain, because it gives me a chance to have a relaxing day in and do what I like to do best without feeling I should be outside doing something else! A day in front of the computer, watching tv or lying down with a good book whilst the rain is streaming down the windows is wonderful!

I LOVE the rain! I suppose I have to, considering where I live, but I actually feel bad physically if it doesn't rain at least once a week. I don't like summertime... its too hot and dry, and makes me SO uncomfortable! I always look forward to the arrival of fall and winter. What I don't like is SNOW!!!

Well I asked this question just yesterday and today it's raining and I had to go out of the house. Unfortunately I missed the bus and I needed to walk for 40 minutes....under the rain. The left sleeve of my coat was all wet when I arrived to the place I was going to. Good point to my post.
