the worst coffee you have ever had?
We have had a very big shopping centre open in the next big town to where I live, Derby to be exact.
When we were over last week we decided to have a coffee so we found the nearest coffee outlet, which happened to be Starbucks, to have a sit down and a drink.
What a disaster it was and almost undrinkable so will not be going into Starbucks again. I am not over keen on them anyway because of the cups they use, just like an old transport cafe big earthenware mugs in white. YUK!

I don't care for the Starbucks coffee. I have only had it twice but will not get it again. I bought it in a military hospital. It was so strong that my spoon would stand up. I tried putting some creamer and sugar in it but that didn't help. I even put some water in it. I ended up throwing it out. Now I like coffee strong but not to the point of it holding the spoon or stirer up.

I also like it strong but there is a limit
Do you get your coffee served in disposable cups over there? Here we get it in large white earthenware mugs
horrible

The worst coffee I have ever had in my life had to come from a Convienience store, or a machine that dispenses coffee. Some of these just taste OLD and have a strong taste to them. I personally am not that fond of Coffee anyways, but when I am in the mood, I really need a decent cup.

vending machine coffee is usually awful,I steer clear of these. Like you I like a good cup of coffee as I don't drink that much of it so it may as well be good

I drunk the worst coffee in a resturant. There is a resturant near my home where you pay 13 euros and you can eat all the pizza you want and other things like potatos. After this great dinner (I like pizza), I asked a coffee but it was not very good. However it was a great dinner.

I don't usually buy coffee out. So at the moment I am not thinking of any times that I have bought bad coffee. Starbucks is popular here in the states, but I can't even recall even having any from there, it is a bit steep in price from what I have heard.

I think all coffee shops like Starbucks or Nero's are expensive but usually you get a decent cup of coffee. I prefer Nero's as they use decent cups, I have a thing about not putting a drink in the right cup or glass.

bad coffee at starbucks?? i've never heard of that. i love starbucks and have never had a bad drink from them. are you talking about coffee or a drink like a cappuchino/frappuchino? i've never had regular coffee there because i don't drink it. i always get their cappuchinos or frappuchinos, depending on the season, and they're always amazingly good.
i went to the borders book store in the mall by where i used to live with a friend and we both bought a cappuchino .. and were both disappointed. first of all i didn't care for the taste and second of all they made us extremely tired after drinking them.

I only drink cappuchino and dh drinks americano
I have had a couple of bad coffees in Starbucks
but only in the new shopping centre in Derby.
Starbucks everywhere else is fine although I do not really like the mugs the coffee is served in. Much prefer a proper cappuchino cup
