Stephen King is my favorite writer. I would choose Desperation, The Stand, Bag of Bones. I used to rate the books i have read and those 3 have a stunning 20/20. Only another writer has achieved a 20/20 in my list, Jeffrey Archer for Kane And Abel :) All books of King have a great effect on me. Even the short stories, i just cant get enough of his writing. So, if you can choose, vote!

I have only read 2 books by King. Pet Semetary and Misery. Well the Misery upset me a bit to the writer in that story. But all in all I say the author is good because he was able to upset me with his novel. And I don't want to stop reading to know what happens to that writer in the story.

Eyes of the Dragon is good, but some people don't really like the style. It is a bit different from "standard" Stephen King, and the narration sometimes tells you what's going to happen later. I didn't really think about it until my sister mentioned that it really annoyed her.

The Stand is a legend.Maybe because i like large books and it definitely was a big one, but i dont think it lost the touch at the end. Those of course are personal tastes. I havent read Eye Of The Dragon either :( Maybe i must update my King booklist instead of reading the same books more than 5 times

I like Stephen King books but I find that sometimes when I read them they tend to drag on. I just read Lisey's Story and enjoyed it so much that I bought a copy for my Mom for Christmas.

I have only read a few of his books, but so far my favorite is Desperation.
I just picked up Needful Things at a book sale and I can't wait to read it.
