What are the main reasons taht triggers you to search for new jobs? Is it the salary, or the working condition or anything else?
Some people also feel bore in the current job and try out new things.
What are the reasons that triggers you to look for new job?

i work in a pharmacy im training to be a tech and i love my job. but it pays so little i should just work for free. LOL
the onyl reason i am ok is because i live with my parnets right now. With the money i make it is just not possible to live on my own. Maybe if i had a roomate but i could never live by myself. even if i did live somewhere with a roomate that would really be pushin it.

Too many years in retail. I'd like to quit and do something more satisfying, but I'm paying a mortgage and can't afford to go to school. This is MY LOT all right. For now anyway. Until I could figure something out.

I could not fight ego of my superiors and hence I had to quit the job and took to business. I am happy with my business thousand times better than when I was in job as a Senior Executive.
How far you have come with regard to your office problems. Look for a better position and keep good contct in the old office. It is not worthwhile quarelling and when you leave this office, they may be of some help to you in future. Therefore, do not quit in anger.

well, i haven't quit any job and i have only been with 2 jobs, my previous one and my current one. my previous one was only a one-year contract and i finished it and even extended my work. ^__^
however, with my current work, i do sometimes feel that i want to quit. and its mainly because of the low salary and the bleak future ^__^;;, the hopelessness that i'm not ever going to be promoted. .

Hello dear subha. I think that the main reason for me to quit my previous job was the low salary and also the working site that did not fit me for my health. Usually people love to make his value to the fullest and therefore to hunt for a job with a good salary is unavoidable. Me, the same. Thanks for your discussion, dear friend. I wish that you had a good job as always.

well, i quit my job because of my principles. my previous boss gave me a supervisory position but i think it was really more like a dummy position. i couldn't make decisions that supervisors normally make. the last straw was when i recommended someone not to be regularized. my boss didn't listen to me and it turned out the guy really became a bad egg. after that, none of the people under me respected my position or the policies of institution. they thought they could just do anything and break any rule. i couldn't handle that. i don't think though that my reason for leaving was really sufficient enough.
