Which do you prefer to make you comfortable a quilt or a blanket?

With the awful climate in my town which has only one season that is summer the mere thought of the quilt and blanket makes me sweat.

That sound's quite terrible..Anyway you can always visit the hills and enjoy the cold climate and snuggle up under the comfort a quilt or a blanket.

Oh, I just love your pink quilt! It's beautiful! What is the pattern you used? (If you don't mind sharing.) I love quilts. I have made blankets too and they have been a big hit with my daughters and family members, but quilts are my passion. :) Happy Quilting! Susan

That's not my quilt. I just got the picture for the discussion.Nice to know that you make quilts.You must be very talented.Its nice to know some craft like this.I tpp love quilts but I dont make them (I wish I knew) I just buy them.

I have made myself two quilts and LOVE them both for sleeping. One has a cotton batting the other is wool. cotton is light enough for MOST summer night and I use both for colder nights. DEFINITELY better than blankets!

both are good to use and keep you warm, but i usually use a blanket. i don't have any quilts. haha.

I dont have a quilt , but that would be so nice for the winter time and all the coldness it brings . Right now I just use the run of the mill blnket , but it has to be super soft .
