Washington and Oregon are overwhelmed with rain and floods. The people there are in my hearts and prayers.

I'm not from the area but I do think of people affected by flooding and by droughts. Its fascinating and I'm sorry if that came across heartless, but seriously, flooding in some areas, heavy droughts in others. Plenty of towns cities and states are really trying to deal with both issues. I just hope some sort of real relief can occur for both pressing issues.
