How have you made extra money?

I am an administrative assistant by day and I would like to make a little extra money on the side. I was thinking a paper route or starbucks a few hours a night a few days a week. What have you done for extra cash? How many hours did you put in and how much did it pay? Did you find it worthwhile or a waste of time? Any advice?
