natalie123 i either have an idea of how much i will spend or watch while they scan my items. i always look at my recipt after and if it seems off, ill look at each item to add up the total.

natalie123 oh and ps - if you calorie count and lose some weight, remember to do your calorie calculator again so it keeps working. your daily calorie intake amount will change depending on your weight :-) i forgot to add to do weights. more muscles means faster...
