Sometimes it is very hard to remember a good dream. I would always wanted to be able to remember it even after a few days, but unfortunately these thoughts just instantly disappears out of my memory.

1. Just as soon as you get in bed get very relaxed. Breath deeply and slowly and relax even more. Then say to yourself...I will have (interesting, exciting, beautiful...you pick) dreams tonight and I will remember them clearly and easily. Then imagine how you will feel when you can remember your dream (happy, excited, thankful) really feel that feeling in your body. Finally give thanks for being able to remember your dream. Feel the gratitude as if the remembering has already happened. If you find you can't stay awake long enough to do the exercise then do it while sitting in a comfortable chair just before you get into bed.
Have a paper and pen by the bed so you can write your dream down as soon as you wake up.

Yeah it's true that sometimes we cannot recall our dreams. Maybe, after your dream and you're awake, try to jot it down before you forget that dream. It might be an interesting subject for a book: Recorded Dreams Revealed. You can make money out of it. Won't you think so?
