Do you like the old fashioned semolina pasta or whole wheat?
I've started to get used to cooking whole wheat pasta and even prefer it a bit. It was definitely a transition with the difference in texture and taste. I like that it has more fiber and nutrients.
Which do you like better and why? If you use whole wheat, do you prepare it differently/use different sauce?

I prefer gluten free pasta. corn is more similar than rice but they are both excellent and healthy. Not like fake health foods with high fructose corn syrup.
Scam!

I didn't think to include the wheat-free options but I have tried spelt and rice pastas and they're pretty good. It's ridiculous how many food products out there have HFCS...you really have to read all food labels for the ingredients and not rely on things like "Health Food" or "Light" descriptions.
