Pet-peeves

My fiance plays video games, too. I don't really care that he does it, he just does it an inopportune times. Like, if we haven't seen each other for days, he'll just flip on the game without a word. And the most annoying part is that it's MY game console lol.

My boyfriend plays video games a lot but never when we are together and sometimes we spend a lot of time together like a week or more. Sometimes he even doesn't watch football games because we planned to go out. We are together for 4 years and he is still like that but I think that it is going to stop once and then he'll prefer staying at home watching football then going out. I am still lucky!

OMG!! I can TOTALLY relate to that. I knew my husband loved video games. I mean, most of our dates in the beginning were to the arcade. Now when he can he plays video games all day on his days off. He doesn't get much and I get upset because my boys want to spend time with their daddy and he says he's tired and wants to relax but will play games all day. He doesn't do it all the time because he knows it annoys me. But sometimes I get so annoyed with him and just start snapping at everything...mostly him and sometimes we get into an argument. I don't have a car so he's the only one who can drive and if I want to go somewhere I wait for him. He plays games till 4pm then he lies on the floor and goes to sleep and tells me he's to tired to go out grocery shopping then tells me how hard he works at work and he needs these times to relax. He does it so often I feel guilty when I ask him to take me out to buy food. He says he doesn't mind...most of the time he's okay about it, but there are those times he just plays and plays...wow...it is just annoying.
