me around 80kg, and im sad to say that 80kg is no heavy weight=(, what about you tork?

I have been working out naturally for about 20 years now. I can flat bench press 3201bs usually, but I have press 350lbs in the past.

just about 140lbs.,not so heavy as others lift., but that is not my 1RM so can't really say.,i'm doing high reps high sets for every bodypart
