I suffer from schizoid affective disorder which is similar in nature to schizophrenia but, also includes a mood disorder. I have to see several care providers and have seen many different ones over the years. I have to take anti depressants and anti psychotics. I take venlafaxine and seroquel. I hope you get better soon. My problems also include living with stress and anxiety on a daily basis it isn't pleasant.

Hi!
Try accupressure massage in order to balance your nerves and internal functions. Deep breathing is good for you too. Try the natural medications like the ones I mentioned, your body is safe. It is good to recall and realize when did it started, what are the causes of that problems so that you can go back to that point and make some analysis and solutions in order to balance your emotions. Strong will and good relationship with your Creator can help in your self-healing. This is what I did to myself.

Hi geniesway, Welcome to myLot, I hope you will enjoy it here and make many friends. A lot of people suffer from anxiety and panic attacks, and there are some success stories. Medication is necessary for most people, but some have been able to cut back greatly on it's use, but this should only be done under the supervision of your health provider. Physical activity can be a great help, especially walking, but any activity is good. Positive thinking is good but hard to get started, unless you have some good friends who think that way. Find an activity that you really enjoy and start each day by counting your blessings. I'm not an expert in this but I have seen it work. May you start feeling much better soon. Blessings.

Hi,
I highly recommend the use of Emotional Freedom Techniques for your condition. You can dowload the free manual at http://www.emofree.com which explains to you how to do it and comes with hundreds of real cases.
I have been using EFT for three years to myself and other people with impressive results. You can safely apply it to yourself at home. It is a simple and pleasant technique with an incredibly high success rate.
Try it.You have nothing to loose!
