My sister taught me to make Pumpkin Pie coffee at home. We just put pumpkin pie spice in our grounds before brewing. Add some sugar and half and half after and you got a great coffee. My boyfriend/husband puts cinnamon in his grounds before brewing. Makes a wonderful cinnamon spiced coffee.

I have done that before. I had one problem. The cinnamon tended to clog the filter. So not enough water got thru and I had a mess to clean up.. There was standing water in the grounds. House smelled good though

I like those too. That's why I love Coffee Mate. They have gingerbread creamer. Egg Nog and Pumpkin Spice flavors too. They've come out with a new one I am going to try. Peppermint. It's supposed to make coffee taste like a candy cane. Too bad they are only out for the holidays.

Well... it really depends on the holiday! For Christmas, I love anything that has cinnamon flavor... my favorite though is just some good ole regular coffee with coffee mate cinnamon vanilla creamer. In the fall I lovepumpkin spice. Around Easter I like to buy the millstone coffee... chocolate velvet is my favorite from them. The coffee mate peppermint mocha flavor is also wonderful for Christmas. Other than that, my USUAL flavor year round is regular coffee with Vanilla Caramel Creamer.... I LOVE it!

I really like all the different ones, but my personal favorite would have to be the peppermint mocha. It tastes like a big old cup of chocolate candy cane. Yummy. I think that they should add some of their flavors to their year round menu, but I guess that is part of the excitement.

Recently, I've been having coffee sweetened with Molasses. If I throw in a bit of ginger, that'd be a gingerbread flavored coffee. Hrm, where's my ginger?
