No I do not hate gay people. I have lots of friends who are gay and we get along just fine. I actually enjoy their conversation sometimes more than my straight friends. To each their own as long as they don't try to push their preferences off on me. I'm kool with it!!

That's good. Some of my gay male friends would love to meet you though...smile!! I actually have a friend that I lost contact with while I was in the Navy stationed over seas that's from the Phillipines. He was a ball of fire!! I miss hanging with him.

People who are against gay people jsut don't get it. Gay people don't choose thier attractions. it is chosen for them from birth.
I do not understand, however, why in another response you said something about "gender." If you are a gay man, you are still a man. If you are a gay woman you are still a woman. It is not a different gender.

I seriously don't understand the Christian-right agenda. There's nothing wrong with being gay, or not getting married, or gay mariage, or not having kids, or whatever they get all butt-hurt about.
When I was younger I used to be a major f@g-hag. I don't get out much lately so I don't get to meet new people too often these days, but gay men were always some of the coolest people I knew.

No way! I am gay 23 and very proud of who I am and all of the things that i have and will acomplish. I think that we should have every right that the straight person does. I understand the who marriage thing being religious, and that is find but if my partner gets into an accident i should have every right that a straight person does, and i know that one day that will happen.

I hope someday they will understand what we are fighting for about the legal aspect in our lives. The union we're asking is simply not religious but more on our rights as what happens to straight couple. Thank you for your comment and have a Merry Christmas.

If I can be very frank with you (and I can take this liberty only coz this is a virtual site) I wouldn’t hate you if I were to meet you, but I would definitely think of you as weird. I would be extremely curious about you yet discretion and manners would stop me from asking question which are perceived as ‘private’. I would cautiously avoid you and be wary of you and keep an eye on my boy if he were too close to you. Now don’t get me wrong pls, you asked for my frank opinion.

Thnx so much for such a gentle answer. Most gay people go over the top in their reactions to the adverse comments from the 'normal' types like us
However, there's something I always wanted to know...is being gay a genetic aberration or a behavioural disorder or what? As you will agree, heterosexuality is the norm of nature, so why are some people born gay?

Many people say that its brought about by the environment. I don't believe to it. When I was a child I know to myself that I am different from other guys or even to my brothers. When I have to make a choice on whether or not I am going to tell everybody about is the thing I have to right. I made a choice not to tell them about my orientation because of ugly things that could ruin my relationship with my family and other friends.
Being gay is not a choice. I was born to be gay. The only choice is should I tell it to my loved ones and friends?
I am happy now that finally I told them about my preferences. This is my life and not theirs. My happiness is to be me.
The fight I am in is still the same fight I used to have before I came out to everybody. It is the notion of so many people about gays. They almost all come to stereotype gays as funny and outrageous and strange. I am not that kind of gay. I am a very somple gayman with simple dreams and simple needs.
I hope we are getting to close to answering your querries about gays.

I understand your reaction.
I hope you believe that it is not only the man and the woman who shares this world or ours. We gay people are also here to share it with you. We also have our dreams. There may be some gaymen or gaywomen who would act just like what you fear for your son and also, just like what other men or women do to other people. I am glad that you are protective of your son. But, it is not only of our kind can do harm to your son.
Not all of my kind are what you might be thinking of.
I am a butch type of gay. In simple words I don't wear make up or wear dresses.
Thanks you.

I have many gay friends. No, of course I do not hate you. I am straight. Do you hate me? I believe that the people of this world should be allowed to live their lives (gay or straight) without hate or judgement. So much hate in this world. I am glad that you are happy. You deserve to be.

Living a life like this is sometimes not that we always see on films or as we mistakenly projected it. I am glad that there so many people here who can appreciate me as me. Thank you.

Hi Mister,
No I do not hate you at all! I don't approve of your lifestyle as I am a Christian and the Bible warns of such behavior. That has to be your choice.
No, I do not hate you!
God bless:)

I don't hate gay people. I can almost guess that if I like a guy - and he's not married - he's gay. I could probably set up a business screening boyfriends for girls - "good choice, he's straight" "I love him, he'll break your heart & leave you for another guy."
My sister is bi- and only had female relationships since college (27 years.)
I've been accused, but mostly I'm just not willing to put up with any kind of relationship like that - male or female. That's why I'm still single.

Most people misjudge unmarried people as gay. I am sorry about that. That is a good business you're thinking.

When I was in the service (Army Green Berets) I hang out with several gay men so that I coud get closer to women. I made many female friends that I would otherwise not have been able to get close to before meeting the gay men. So why should I hate gay men? They are human just as we (straights) are but they have differences (just as no two people)as everybody has, even identical twins have differences.

I have a very diverse range of friends, some are gay or bi others are straight, they all do different studies and differ in many ways. It's good to hear you are feeling good, you should . Hating you for being gay would be non-sence, we know nothing about you and therefor can't judge you. Don't worry, stay happy!

being gay either homosexual or lesbian is never the reason for me to hate anyone .. straight or gay if i think you are an idiot i will not have time for you .. i don't care if you walk like a man or sway like a woman all i care about is how you are inside and how you treat others .. i don't really understand these topics because i wonder if they are just here to fuel arguments ? anyway your sexuality is never a cause for me to hate you :)
