what do you look forward to during the holiday season?

In no particular order: not setting alarm clock, not going to work, seeing friends and family, spending time with family members, shopping, doing what I want and when I want, cooking special meals, playing with the grandkid, seeing all the holiday lights and decorations.

The think I look forward to most is spending time with my family. It's small but we don't see each other very often.

The thing I look forwards to most is having the family together all at the same time. I used to have a huge family, in recent years they have all passed on (due to age) so keeping the family still together in memory is very important. Now that I'm a grandma, I look forwards to seeing the joy on the children's faces, and baking cookies with them, etc. Christmas to me is all about love, family, and the true meaning of Christmas.
