Loving someone

Do not chase too hard. Too much is always too bad. Some people do not like overdoing of the things including love. May be it is exhibitionism or with a feeling of loosing, they workhard to retain or achieve. In case of love, it should be mutually desirable with mutual trust and understanding. If it is oneway traffic, better get rid and say good riddance instead of spoiling one's mind all the time.

You can still try for it, it is great to at least attempt to win the heart of another even if that heart is wrapped with someone else. However, there are limits and you shouldn't overexert yourself in this. It could lead to much more strain on the heart and the self. Try for awhile, but also allow yourself to seek love with someone else. You should not be held down waiting on another to change, some event, or some other outside intervention/miracle (as these can be rare).

well if i would be a person who loves someone but that someone love someone else,i would have just give up that love.love is just another name for sacrifice.if i really love that person i will like that person to be happy and its not that person's problem if he does not love me.i cannot force one for love.so i will rather want him to hapy with whosoever he wants.love is wonderful only if its true and both sided,otherwise it just gives pain and nothing else.i would fight for a love which was never mine.

When you love a person you can get by all the trials that come your way and it's really worth the effort when you know the person you love is with you in your battle all the way. But I don't see the point in fighting for it when it's just a one-sided love affair. For me, soon as i know that i'm in a lose-lose situation because the guy is in love with another, of course, i would have to let go. But i think, as they say, it is always easier said than done. we can't always judge a person for being a fool when in love because there are people who love with all their heart not leaving any for themselves. I guess then it is when they become a fool for not having self-respect anymore. I just hope i won't ever be like that.

hello Jona, been quite long time ha :-) just missing your posts. By the way , about your post... yup it's true that you don't easily give up when loving someone, but there's a point when you also have save something for yourself.... Happy posting :-)

Love can be like a disease, once it has you you can't turn it off like a tap, so sometimes love can be one-sided and it usually seems to be the woman that takes the stance of loving someone so strongly sometimes they just watch and love...

Why not? Love is blind in the first place and many are wise enough to have continued faith that one day the love will be reciprocated. At least you can tell yourself at least you have tried and failed.
