Addicted to myLot

I spent a whole day away from myLot. The first in about two weeks. It feels incredably odd. I feel behind and unsure of where to begin. I had good reasons for staying away. In the morning I needed to post to all my blogs quickly (Marcus and I woke up late) and I had a lunch date with my youngest sister-in-law. Once each month I have been taking my husbands brothers and sisters to lunch and then some activity. Last month it was his 12 year old sister, we went to lunch and then window shopping. This month is was his 8 year old sister. We ate at Burger King (her choice) and then went to see Enchanted. It is amazing how they come out of their shell when they are alone. After all I am sure they need the time to get out (there are nine of them, two have grown up and moved on, two have grown up and live at home).
So, any way, good reason to miss myLot, but I feel lost...How do you feel when you don't get on myLot?

I am relatively new so i havent missed Mylot yet.i spend quite a lot of time in here, i visit the site at once when i switch on the PC.I feel like I am missing useful time for replies if i dont visit Mylot at once.I think that means that if/when i will be obliged by duties or anything to not login Mylot a day, i will probably miss it too. So, i guess i am addicted too :)

I feel deprived of conversations with friendly people. Also have learned alot about several different cultures. It's been an interesting experience. When I am gone for part of the day, can't wait to get home and see what's happening and how much I've earned.
Sounds like you had a fun day yesterday.

I don't feel that guilty when i don't get on mylot. Its just a discussion site and its ok to miss a few days. It's not like you are making hundreds of dollars everyday. You are just making a few cents. And then you can make it up for it. So no need to feel bad if you missed mylot for few days. You can come back again.

Just last week, I lost my internet for almost a week. The first thing I thought about when I realized my internet wasn't working was "Oh no, I can't get on mylot." Although, I don't get on here that much and I don't respond to that many discussions, I love to come and see what people have to say or I may start a discussion because I want to know what other people think about a certain topic. Mylot gives me a great chance to sit back and relax. The extra little money bonus is nice too.
Like you, when I got my internet back, I felt like I had missed something and I was behind because I love to come and see the top discussions or the hot topics.

Hey I did almost the same, but I am taking classes working out and doing sermons, and other online moneymaking ops and so I am away from my lot for about 6 hours a day and I find myself checking back 8 or 9 times a day to answer my friends, I like having friends because it leaves me an email and I can at least answer them back.

Somedays I might be busy with my own life and will not be able to get into myLot regularly. I tries to come to myLot on all the week days. Most times I might not be able to get into myLot on the weekends. I think I sometimes feel that I missed out when I do not get into myLot. One of the thing I am in mylot is that I get some money from myLot. Second thing is that I love taking part in different discussions and to see the different opinions and suggestions of the people in different dicussions. Another reason is that one can make lots of friends in myLot.

I've had to go days without mylot before, usually because my husband was home monopolizing the computer. Actually the longest I spent away recently was probably when I was out of town taking my son to a doctor in the next state over, and I thought I was going to die! :P
When I come back to mylot, I never feel lost, but I do feel like I've missed all the fun. It always seems to be when I'm gone that my friends are looking for me. In one case there was a discussion about gender issues and people were saying "Where is she??" about me because they knew I would have strong opinions on the matter. :P
My husband is amazed at how interested I still am in this site after being here almost a year. He bored of it very quickly because he says it's always the same questions and the same answers, but I'm always amused by what the newer people say, or the new perspectives people bring to things! So I think I'll be a mylot addict until there's no more mylot to be addicted to!
