dressing up, wear nice clothes to feel good for the day, but most of the time, I would prefer to wear comfy clothes like jeans & shirt. Would the way you choose your clothes affect your feelings for the day, affect your confidence in dealing with people? Or you wear "your weather" with you.

I live in t-shirts and jeans. If I had to dress up, I wouldn't feel comfortable so I wouldn't have any confidence. I would feel the opposite, very self conscious.I am so glad I don't have to dress up to work. And I am glad I didn't have to wear a skirt as part of a uniform when I went to school.I would have been either expelled or I wouldn't have quit.

I wear clothes which I just feel like wearing.
I see your point, during school it used to be a must to wear nike, addidas etc now I couldn't care less what anyone else things and that just allows me to be me, which is all I can.

Well, what i like to wear also can change depending on the circumstances, of course. I don't establish a direct relationship between clothes and my mood, but obviously if i am in a really good mood I will obviously make a bigger effort to look fine, and if i have a lazy day, i won't care as much.

I choose to wear comfortable clothes myself. Now if I am weary comfortable clothes it doesn't mean I'm not dressed nice. I think that you want to dress appropriate for the situation. If I am going to a meeting I will wear my classic grey tweed slacks and a nice button down. If it is cold I will throw on a sweater and my leather jacket. If I am going out with friends, the same attire would be appropriate or I may wear jeans instead. If I am lounging around the house, I have a big hoodie on and a big thick pair of jogging pants. Either way, no matter what I am doing, I like to be comfortable.
