All of us use English on this website,but do you know the characters about English in your country?And what are the differences between America and your country? In China,there is chinglish,just like "LONG TIME NO SEE"means we have not seen each other for long time; I wonder the characters in the countries which English as the first language,would you tell me? Thank you very much!

Hey in India also we have the phrase, 'Long time no see' and it means preety the same as you said.

By Character do you mean what's the most common language used? If yes, then it's Hindi. But English is quite popular too.

Thank you very much!I learned from books that English and Hindi are the two offical languages,so I think all of the people master the two languages.I like the Hindi,the singing and dancing of India.

here in the Philippines we have "taglish", a combination of "tagalog" which is our main language, and English. Taglish is just a mix of tagalog words and English words. there is no alterations in any English word although we have some slang and street invented words that sounds like English. ^__^

Singapore too have it own terms.."Long time no see" is just have got the same meaning here.And thats we used often as our daily use if we met someone that we have not met for a long time.If in China..its chinglish,in Singapore its called "singlish"..really..its does have the same concept.haha! Coolness..

I speak spanglish and it is a mix of english and spanish. I is so funny to hear people talk. But primarily I speak english. Also the charcater "long time no see" mean the same in spanish.

similar also here in our country philippines we used taglish or tagalog english like the one you give "long time no see" we have so many dialects here, every tribes have their own language but the major language that we have are cebuano and tagalog.
