A friendship story, can you relate to this?

One time, there was this friendship story that I read. It might seem to be a book meant for younger children, but the moral lesson struck my heart as it is also applicable to young and adult alike.Bear with me if I cannot seem to make use of my "neurons" at its best, unable to mention here the author. Once upon a time, there lived a Turtle and a Scorpion.They are long time friends. One day, the turtle says to the Scorpion if he wants to come with him. And the Scorpion says, "Sure my friend, anywhere you'll go I will come with you". The turtle mentioned that he is going to attend a birthday party of one of his friends.But his friend Bunny Rabbit lives on the other side of the river.Turtle says it would be fun to have him as a company. The little Scorpion was so excited and happy. So off they go.After trudging the forest, they encounter a wild river.The Turtle says," we need to cross the river to get to the other side.We can only attend the celebration if we will cross the river because that is where my friend Bunny Rabbit lives".The Scorpion refused to swim.Poor Turtle have to go back in order to encourage little Scorpion.Little Scorpion said," I don't know how to swim".The Turtle then offered him to help cross the river.He said to the little Scorpion, he can help him if he trust his ability to swim.The little Scorpion says "Yes", then climbed at the Turtle's back and so they set off for swim.The swim is long and tedious .And everytime that the waves get wild and strong, The Turtle have to instruct the little Scorpion and warn him to hold tight, which he obediently follow.To make their journey fun, the little Scorpion had sang songs until its barely ten more steps to reach the riverbank.Suddenly, the TURTLE felt a stinging pain from his back.It is so painful that he had difficulty continuing to move and swim.But, in his mind, he is the only one who can swim and his friend little Scorpion wouldn't know how to swim.So he didn't complain but when they are near the river bank, the little Scorpion stinged him again and so the Turtle said,"Why did you do that to me little Scorpion, I considered you as a FRIEND and helped you cross the river but this is what you give me back in return to my kindness? Little Scorpion replied to the Turtle, "I am deeply sorry my dear friend, I can't help it, it is my nature".
