Okay ladies, tell the truth! It's winter. How often do you shave your legs?

Do you become a shaving slacker during the winter months?
You're legs arent out there for the world to see, so it really isn't necessary to shave as often is it?
Do your legs to the same thing as the bears and hibernate?
Do your legs LOOK like the legs of a grizzly bear??
I'll admit it. I have my days...okay weeks, where I don't shave. How about you?
I can't be the ONLY one!

Yeah i always have been a slacker at shaving my legs in the winter. I dont ever wear dresses/skirts so no one sees my legs. So whats the point? My legs really need shaved bad. Im pregnant so i couldnt really bend down to shave!

I slack too, and am also pregnant. There doesn't seem to be a point when no one will see my legs. I do shave twice a week in the winter but have to sit down to get passes my ever growing belly.HEhe

Ooops..hate to disappoint you, but I still like to shave my legs even in winter time...heck no one else may see them, but I do..LOL

Well in the winter time I would be one of the ones that shave about once a week versus every day in the summer time. As a matter of fact I just shaved yesterday. Sometimes I go longer than a week, but not too often. I slack off a lot in the winter time.

I shave my legs like I've always done. I'm not worried about everyone else, I don't show my legs off anyway, only one who sees them is my spouse, which is why I like to keep them smooth. I like it when he rubs my legs and kisses them so I keep them really soft and smooth all the time.

I don't shave my legs all winter. Why should I, the hair helps keep me warm. It's in the teens today up here and its a heatwave, we've been in single digits most of the time. So we're freezing as it is. I wish my hair on my head was long. Actually I wish I was covered with fur right now. Take care

Hi miamilady,
I shave my legs everyday. I do it in the shower with just the soap and water. I don't like the feel of hairy legs even in the winter! I mean, what if I got sick and had to go to the hospital? They would see my hairy legs! lol!

I rarely shave my legs, winter or summer - as I dress with long skirts all year round... I tend only to shave when I have a doctor appointment. no one should be looking at my legs anyhow!
I have lymphoedema in my legs and shaving hurts. I would consider waxing but it is so expensive... so I just keep them furry. really they do not grow such thick hair in my old age anyhow.

I seldom shave my legs even in summer, since my hair is very fine and I seldom wear skirts or shorts. If I shave the baby fine hair it gets coarse and then I have to shave it, but if I leave it, then it stays fine and soft. If I need to remove it I use nair or something of that nature.

no you are not. Somethimes my legs look like cactus lucky I have light hair. I do try and do it 1 a week but I get lazy and think what is the point. My husband does not complain as he is a monkey when it comes to hair on his body. In summer I do it at least 1 a week somethimes up to 3-4 times once I get into it I do it most times I take a shower it takes 20 seconds with practice.

I have to be honest with you. I have only shaved my legs once in my whole 33 years of living. My hair on my legs just doesn't grow...lol. I hear all the stories about people who have to shave every other day, and I am happy to say that I don't have to if I don't want to. Smile!!

You're SO lucky!
If I wanted to keep my legs smooth, I'd have to wax or at least shave my legs EVERY day. I don't.
I shave every couple of days in the summer.
I'm more concious of it depending on what I have planned for the day (beach etc.)
In the winter it also depends. I live in Miami, so we don't have a lot of cold days.
It's Dec 22 and I'm wearing shorts today.
I shave the parts of my legs that will be seen.
In this case the shorts are a bit long so I shaved below my knees and a little bit above.

I totally slack. I just shave the knee and below as I am in the South and still wear cropped pants on warmer days. I would not mind not shaving at all if it was more socially acceptable. I cannot do the wax thing, my skin is too sensitive - even shaving breaks me out no matter hat I do. I'm with the bears - hibernate and be happy!

No lie, my legs are terrible right now. I just don't feel the need to shave them. Plus I'm not seeing any one right now, so it's not like some guy is going to run their ROUGH hands on my HAIRY legs. Lol, it really is not a big deal. But I think I'll shave today, doesnt it just feel soooo nice when you shave?

I do wear pantyhose when I go to church, and I use one of those sugaring solutions, right now it is that one from Australia called Nad's, but I do find it rather strange to ask this question. Why do you want to know? I take the hair off my legs no matter what the season. My hair grows fast so I have to and besides it is only ladylike to keep your legs clean. If you do not like to shave, like me, there is always Nair, Neet, or those sugaring solutions, electroysis, and that shaver that RIPS the hair off like so many tweezers.

The last time I shaved my legs, I almost needed a transfusion. I shave my legs with Nair, when needed. And I mean, when I go somewhere special in a dress.

To be honest, I rarely shave mine. The hair on them is almost transparent and you can only see it if the sun is right on them and your really looking. In the summer I do it a few times but most of the time you can't tell either way.

Well normally I let it go a bit during the winter months but the thing is that with my back problems I can't do my legs at all just now! lol So it is lucky that I am not dark haired but even so I have to admit that yep I am more like a grizzly bear than anything else! xxxx
