My husband and I went to the Southern Island of New Zealand last month for 10 days. We traveled almost the whole Island. First, we landed at Christchurh. I just love that country. It's too beautiful, I could not get tired of looking at the sceneries and the sheeps. Everywhere we went there were thousands of sheeps. We enjoyed the trip so much, in fact, I should say that it was the most wonderful trip/holiday we have ever had in our lives. Everything in that country looks cute. The only thing I can say is that I just love that country. So, now, I am so crazy to live there!!! I dream every night that I was there in N. Zealand. I die to migrate. But how? Can anyone tell me how to help my husband and myself to live there? It is our dreamland!!!!

hi teteimathews! ^__^
wow. looks like you had a grand time there. and you make it sound like New Zealand is a very wonderful place to live in. i love traveling but i don't really have the financial capability to do pursue that and it had been my dream to travel outside of the country. but i am hoping that this year, i could save enough money so i can visit Singapore or any country within Asia that is close to the Philippines. ^__^
maybe you can inquire in the New Zealand Embassy in your country on how you and your husband can get a house in New Zealand and live there. i'm sure the embassy would love to help you. ^__^

I am delighted that you enjoyed visiting New Zealand so much. I went there and found a beautiful landscape, many fantastic walking tracks and friendly people. I traveled around both the North and South Island by train, bus and ferry. I especially loved going to Northland, the Able Tasman National Park and Dunedin. I suggest that if you want to move there go look at the New Zealand Immigration Department. They will have an Internet site. They have a points system, it is also possible to get a student or work permit. I met a few British people that have emigrated there. They told me they adored living there and felt very happy. At first they felt well off with much money that they had brought over from England. However with the local salaries being lower than they were used to they didn't stay as rich. They couldn't then afford holidays to see family and friends in England after five years. Good luck with your dream to live in wonderful New Zealand.
