We have decided that we will do a Brunch with the Family on Christmas day, but now stuck on ideas of what to provide....
I was still thinking of cooking a roast, but trying to keep things simple..
I would like you all to share some ideas to help please.

Hi Ms. Pink. Potato salad is always a welcome food at any occassion especially if you are going through with the roast. Deviled eggs are easily prepared, as well as cole slaw, mashed potatoes, fried chicken. As for dessert, easy instant (no bake) cheesecake with the filling is a delicious way to go. Hope all goes well for you, Happy Holidays!

I would like to suggest a breakfast pizza. Its very good and you can put whatever you want on it. All you do is scramble some eggs and pour it onto a pizza shell. Then add some cheese and whatever else you want. I would use ham and maybe some breakfast sausage. You could also use bacon. Put it in a 350 degree oven and bake it for about 10 minutes.

I would do breaded mushrooms, served with several dips for a starter, then maybe roast a gammon so you can still have a roast but it works really well as cold cuts, then maybe a fruit compote. You have all the elements of a festive meal there but its much more laid back than the full rost dinner.
