Take your time here. You have to let out the bad. If you need to cry, cry. If you need to shout, shout. Holding it in does no good. After that, focus on yourself and realize that you can still be happy and be yourself with or without a relationship. You have to realize that one relationship wasn't everything, and there are other chances for love, plenty of them. I'd also throw in get some real rest with this too, just my personal recommendation. Even I am sharing your fate. It is so hard to even breathe for me. I have been trying to make her up for months now, but she is not cooperating. I did not do anything wrong, to be frank I don't even know the reason for the breakup. I am really finding it hard to concentrate on anything. She meant a hell lot to me. no one can breakup can lover or love. If you feel so have a internal thought about what went wrong and who was wrong. If you love somebody than you have to like lovers weakness too.
