Well if you want the meat super tender I would suggest marinating her first in a nice mixture of lemon juice, sherry and some seasonings....Then I would slow simmer for a day or so..BUT DO NOT peel her! You want the skin on there to keep the juices in...

YES I UNDERSTAND the need to jkeep the juices in, but keeping her still long enough to marinate would be a problem lol

LMAO I would have to say check her bones and make sure they are still pretty soft, their easier to eat if they are. I would say broil is a good way to go. LMAO

May I recommend parboiling - it is easier to remove then skin. THen BBQ on the grill, the young ones are very tender and tasty that way. Awesome with asparagus and baby corn.

They are quite nice with some garnish like frogspawn or even a live tadpole or two. Definitely peeled, because it will keep the consumption of cholesterol down. LOL

I have similar problems trying to work out how to get my plump little 3yr old into the oven. So far I have convinced him he is still supple enough to be squished up a little and trussed up like a turkey. After a few practice sessions I have found if he pulls his legs up to his chin and grips his ankles then with a little twine he makes quite a compact package. He will even open his mouth to be stuffed with an orange bless him! I was thinking along the lines of a suckling pig so I guess I could always spit roast him slowly over a roaring fire in the garden so there's one for you.

lol...now what on earth does that mean? Is she being totally unreasonable? It depends on her age. If she's a young child, I would say neither one of those options and if she is older, I would say BOTH!
