I often drink some green tea after lunch, but recently I heard it's not for health.
When do you drink tea in a day? And, when do you think will be the best time to drink?

I'll drink tea any time of the day. I prefer a strong hot tea in the morning but other than that everything is good. I don't think it matters what time you drink it during the day. The Asian had people living years longer than Europeans a few centuries ago and they were(and still are) drinking tea a lot.

Just remembered something. I heard from a lecturer on tea that his friend smoked a lot but also drank a lot of green tea. The doctor could not tell that his friend smoked. Was it the tea, was it something else? Dunno but I think it's interesting if you like tea.

I drink tea anytime I feel like drinking it. Whether the weather is hot or cold, I love my tea best when it is hot. I don't think there is a right time to drink. .well I think if you want to get a good sleep I suggest not to drink it just before going to bed unless you drink decaffinated tea.

I drink tea whenever I get a craving for it. I love iced tea anytime of the day in the summer though.
