this Christmas, where are you?

I am away from my family. i am abroad studying and it will simply cost me a lot if i go home. so i decided to stay and spend christmas half-the world away from home. how about you? where were you this christmas?

thank you rosema. for us filipinos, Christmas is not the same if not spent with our family, a complete family. we miss the presence of those not with us during the celebration. may i know where your mother is? are you close to her? is this the first time you spent Chrismas without your mother? it must be difficult for you.

I am away from my family,too.i am study in the university in another city,and i can not go home,so i spend Christmas in my school.Though i am not far from home,at least not as far as you,but i know itis hard for us to leave home for study.So,i wish you merry Christmas and enjoy everyday!

i am away from my family as well, i just quited my job and came to a completely new city to try my luck here.
For Christmas, I stay at home with my friends, a very quiet but relaxing Christmas Day.

This Christmas I am at my house, with my immediate family. We will soon be leaving for my grandparents house- where we will then meet up with my other family memebers. My family is huge, so it is crazy to think that we will all fit under one roof. There are aunts, uncles, cousins, second cousins, and just friends of the family. Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates it!
