Breakfast...anyone ?!

What do you usually have for breakfast? or you don't even care for breakfast and skip it until lunch?
As it for me, I always like coffee in the morning. Is that include breakfast ? what about with a little bread ?
Sometime just I drink for Vitamin C in the morning. People said that it can hurt my stomach, but until today I never feel any single pain for drinking vitamin C right after I wake up.
I guess that's it for my breakfast, a cup of coffee with bread or just a vitamin.
What about you ?

I try to eat every morning for breakfast. When I work I will eat fruits before stating to work and at my break I will really tak a breakfast. Most of the time it will be toasts with a yaourt and an orange juice.
When I'M off, most of the time I will simply eat a bowl of cereal :P

I always had a good breakfast like that :P
I kind on a diet because I suffer of pregnancy diabetes, but the only thing I had to change is that I can,t eat 2 toasts in the morning, but only 1 lol For the rest, it's alwayus been like that :P

Sound like a healthy life you live in. Are you in a diet ? Even if you're not. It still you are one of the person I know that really have a healthy menu.

For the 11 o'clock food I think that's really refreshing.

My breakfast habbits have kept changing all these years, from having heavy breakfast like 'Paranthas', to No Breakfast at all .. to Light breakfast like corn flakes, glass of milk, some fruits etc. i'v done it all!! n m back to 'Paranthas' again.. :)

I have butter toast and some fruits for breakfast. Sometimes it really gets boring and I don't feel like eating it. But still, in our house, everybody eats on time and whatever is given to them. So I don't complain.

I think eating at the right time can very useful, becoz it can make your body digest better and you can have breakfast with the whole family. And if you feel bored, maybe you can change the fruit choices.

Hello,
Great to hear about your painless stomach and your breakfast.
Yea,infact it is true that one shouldnt be empty stomach for a long time.Thats the reason we need to break the fast after the long sleep hours.
And if you keep taking somthing acidic ..like lemon,etc..Then there is a good chance that you are going to spoil your inside within some time.
I dont like to lose your smile.Hence keep having your breakfast and food on time and keep smiling.

I always have my bread and my fresh milk, and my daily supplement pills. I don't think I can live without breakfast.. would feel faint and weak if I don't eat breakfast. Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day, so try not to skip breakfast. :)

I always take milk and some bread. I donĀ“t like taking coffee too early, as I go to work and I always get some coffee there (so I try to avoid taking so much coffee!!). I would like to have a bigger breakfast, but I am not so hungry that early in the morning. Greetings!!!!

I like to have cereal with two cups of coffee in the morning. Without my coffee it is hard for me to get started.

when i was in secondary school i used to just drink tea as my breakfast.my mother will asked me to eat some bread.but i just feel like vomiting eating bread in the early morning.later on i started eating breakfast in the school canteen during recess time.if i do not i cannot concentrate on my studies.
as my mind will keep on wondering what should i eat later on.now i am in university.if i have morning class then i will take breakfast like some biscuits.but if i do not have morning class then usually i skip breakfast and take lunch straight.this is because i woke up very late until it is already lunch time.
moreover right now my body weight started increasing.so i had to lose some weight.now i am having holiday at home.i sleep late every night so i tend to wake up at 2pm.so i skip lunch as well.
because it is only a few hours left before dinner time.but i take dinner early.i know it is not good but i am already used to it.and nothing happens as well.i do not have gastrics.

when i was in shool that time i enjoy all grany prepare good tasty breakfast.Now iam working iam not in my home so far from in my home last two three year my breakfast is one cup of milk. I dint get the time to have my breakfast , some times one orange or apple with my milk thats my breakfast..

In my hometown,breakfast is very important,because people will have more energy after have breakfast,it is validated in medically,some people eat congee , meat,eggs ,soybean milk & milk,I aways have a cup of milk with bread or eggs,but never drink coffee or others for breakfast,it will hurt my stomach ,I think

i think chapathi is best forbreakfast. bec., it has no fat. it can also easy digest for all human body. also, anyone want to become slim, chapathi is best for them.
