I got 4 sets of pajamas - what did you get in multiples this year?

I didn't get a multiple, but I got a DVD of a movie that I already own. Funny thing is, I buy very few DVD's (maybe one or two a year) and that particular movie is one I actually bought for myself a few months ago. Plus, our family just happened to watch that DVD movie on Christmas Eve night, the night before I opened the present. Funny! At least the gift giver knows my tastes! Will I keep it? Actually, I probably will. Believe it or not, the exact same thing happened about two years ago at Christmas and I still have that "spare" DVD of another of my favorite movies, still sealed - just in case. (Silly of me, huh?)

I got a couple pairs of pajamas too. But I like pajamas so it's okey. I like to have a few pairs as I change them every other night. I have hot flashes at night and so I like to wear a fresh pair after two nights. I got two pairs of slippers and that's okay too, they won't go to waste. But those are the only things I got two of. Everything else is in single units, other than lots of boxes of chocolates. I'm a chocolate holic so that's okay too. I am grateful for whatever I get for presents.

Hahaha, the only thing I got multiples of was hand creams. (Are they giving me a hint or something?!) It's freezin' where I live at, I could only wish I got multiples of flannel PJ's!

That is funny! This is the first year that I DIDN'T get pajamas - I was actually bummed about it! I did get LOTS of candles and Lots of bath type stuff.

In the past, I have gotten a bunch of necklaces. Why? I was told I have a beautiful neck structure. But I don't usually wear necklaces. Why? Because I have poly cystic ovaries and I can grow facial hair. So to me, the attract attention to 5 o'clock shadow that no one notices because I wear clothing that draws attention away from it. The necklaces, esp. the color of them, would dray out the hair falical roots. People have realized that they can buy me jewelry, but I won't wear it. So now they buy me other things. My family all calls each other and tells what they're getting for each person. So we usually avoid duplicates that way. It's actually been a long time since anyone bought me necklaces. I wish someone would find me some all-in-one adult pajamas. I like them a lot and the one I have is getting ragged. I like and need them because they keep me warmer with my arthritis. I used to have all in ones that included feet! I called them my footie pajamas. I like flannel and terry cloth. I live in the North, in northern NY state where sub-zero can be three days to 6 weeks long. Those pjs sound terrific to me! Wonder why people buy you pjs? I got to the bottom of my necklace gifts, can you find out why they buy you pjs? Maybe they think you need, like them?

Nothing as such in multiples..

I only got one duplicate but it was ok becasue they were totally different. I got two pairs of earrings. One was a tiny diamond and citrine and the other pair had two amethysts stones in pear shape. I loved them both.

One year (I think it was last year) I wanted some Sudoku books. I think I got like about seven of them LOL. I still have some of them and do them when I get in the mood.
