Keeping healthy resolution

Now that the New Year is upon us again, many of us would be making a new set of new year's resolution. It would be good to first reflect on the resolutions we made last year or should I say this year and see how far we were able to carry it out. I am particularly interested in resolutions made concerning your health - doing exercise, quitting smoking or drinking, eating healthier food, that sort of stuff. I started of the year promising to myself to do at least half an hour's exercise every other day. I didn't get started until July and then I stopped exercising somewhere in September. I am thinking of starting the exercise regime again. How about the rest of you? Any luck?

resolution , hi hi , i will never make new year resolutions or anything likee that, because i never will stick on to them , things seem to be working out well for me without making any resolutions, so i dont bother about it
