Gopala I don't usually get up at night to have a snack or a drink. However I do feel hungry when I am awake late at night working or surfing the net. then i will have a biscuit or anything light. I make it a point not to eat once I have brushed my teeth.

Gopala I have always used Colgate. I think we tend to continue to use the same brand names we were introduced by our parents. It is like a habit and using any other brand name just doesn't feel right. I have tried other brands but eventually return to using Colgate....

Gopala It is a difficult task but i think everyone must try to cut down on the number negative statements we give out everyday. Instead we must start checking what we say and turn negative statements to positive and productive statements.
