which musician do you prefer? an oido or note reader?

i have been in love with music, and i am musician myself... i play a lot of instruments, but i play it without a musical notation.. i am an oido musician, and i use only my ears to play my favorite songs... well i use some song books a little, but primarily i play what i hear.. which is better for you? an oido musician or a note reading musician?
