Are you using colored contact lenses? Are they much better than the plain ones or do they have bad effects to the eye?
I use colored ones and I love them.. haha...

I used to have different coloured lenses, a lilac pair, a hazel pair, a dark green pair and more recently a light green/hazel 2 tone pair. I found that the most comfortable pair were the dark green ones, the other colours tend to irritate my eyes and used to move a lot - almost like a time delay when I move my eyes, which was very irritating! I now stick to clear monthly disposal lenses and I'm very happy with them.

The color of your contacts don't effect your eyesight or put any more strain on your eyes than plain ones. I wore contact lenses for about 30 years and I can't wear them anymore. I tend to build up a lot of gooey stuff in my eyes when/if I wear them and I have to pull strings of it out of my eyes several times a day. If I don't then it gets on the lenses and I can't see properly. I went to the eye doctor thinking I had an infection and he said no infection, just that I wore them too long and now my eyes are rejecting them. So he advised me not to wear them anymore, so I don't. I wear my glasses now all the time and I hate wearing glasses but at least I can see.
